Role Description
The Warranty Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The role involves overseeing all warranty-related processes, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards, and maintaining accurate warranty claims records. The candidate will work closely with the aftersales team to ensure timely resolution of warranty issues and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include providing warranty training to staff and collaborating with various departments to improve warranty operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience
- Expertise in Warranty processes and Aftersales operations to manage claims and ensure compliance
- Experience providing Training to improve the team's understanding of warranty operations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
