As a Manager, Software Engineering-Backend(Consumer Team), you will be responsible for leading a team of backend engineers to build scalable, resilient services that power our consumer-facing platforms. You will work closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to define and implement technical solutions that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers • Influence architectural decisions and shape the engineering roadmap • Drive the implementation of high-quality, testable, and maintainable backend services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver complex projects • Champion engineering best practices, processes, and tools • Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture
