Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Mumbai/Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of managing long sales cycles, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify, target, and close enterprise clients, especially in the D2C and marketplace domains.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.

Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all enterprise accounts in the assigned region.

Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the product, operations, and marketing teams to create customized solutions for clients.

Market Insights:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for WareIQ's services.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in eCommerce, logistics, or SaaS domains.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Tech-savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., FreshSales, Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Network: Established connections in the eCommerce, D2C, or logistics industry are a plus.
