Role Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Srikalahasti. The individual will oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material handling. Responsibilities include organizing and supervising daily activities to ensure efficient warehouse processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring safety standards are met, and leading the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence. The role also includes monitoring logistics, coordinating with internal departments, and optimizing space for product storage.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, training, and task delegation
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving, including coordinating shipments and ensuring timely deliveries
- Proficiency in Material Handling and Inventory Control processes
- Expertise in Forklift Operation and compliance with safety standards
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflow for operational efficiency
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
