Role Description
This full-time on-site role is located in Coimbatore. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring efficient material handling. The role involves supervising a team, maintaining safety and organizational standards, and optimizing workflow processes. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in leading and managing teams in a warehouse setting
- Expertise in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling processes
- Proficiency in Inventory Control, including tracking, organizing, and maintaining stock levels
- Forklift Operation skills with knowledge of safety practices
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and related technologies is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage
