Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Bhiwandi. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily shipping and receiving operations, managing material handling activities, implementing and maintaining inventory control systems, and ensuring proper forklift operations. The role includes coordinating with the team to optimize workflows, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and enhancing warehouse efficiency to support operational goals.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Experience in managing teams and delegating tasks effectively.
- Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling: Proficiency in handling shipments, organizing materials, and overseeing related logistics.
- Inventory Control: Ability to maintain accurate records, manage stock levels, and implement inventory management systems.
- Forklift Operation: Certification or demonstrated experience in safe and effective forklift use.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in aluminum or metal industries is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management are an advantage.
