Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Ludhiana East. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety protocols, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and lead a team effectively
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving, and expertise in Material Handling processes
- Proficiency in Inventory Control to ensure accurate stock management and tracking
- Ability to operate a forklift and handle related tasks safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on efficiency and teamwork
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are an advantage
