Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Ankleshwar. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes. Responsibilities include coordinating staff, organizing storage spaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining stock accuracy through regular audits. The role also involves supervising material handling activities and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring
- Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling operations
- Proficiency in Inventory Control and stock management practices
- Hands-on experience with Forklift Operation and logistics equipment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Understanding of workplace safety protocols and compliance standards
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a related role
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an asset
