Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Onsite)
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations and support B2B client requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will be directly involved in ensuring smooth inventory flow, order dispatch, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound shipments
- Handle order processing and dispatch for B2B clients
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock tracking
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments
- Respond to and resolve client queries related to orders and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Assist in stock audits and reconciliation
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations or logistics
- Comfortable using mobile apps, WhatsApp, and basic Excel
- Good communication skills for handling client interactions
- Physically fit and willing to work in an active warehouse environment
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Prior experience in eCommerce warehousing or logistics
- Experience handling B2B clients
- Familiarity with shipping panels or inventory tools

Working Hours
- 6 days working (Sunday off)
- Fixed shift (daytime operations)
