Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Warehouse Supervisor role located in Dera Bassi. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities, inventory management, and material handling processes. The role will also involve supervising warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing operational procedures, maintaining warehouse equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Supervisory Skills, including leading and managing teams effectively
- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and Material Handling techniques
- Knowledge of Inventory Control systems and practices
- Hands-on experience with Operation and warehouse tools
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are advantageous
