Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor located in Nagpur
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities, material handling, and inventory management. This role involves supervising a team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining efficient workflows. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing storage systems, and optimizing resource allocation to meet operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience managing and leading teams effectively
- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and Material Handling techniques
- Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, including tracking, reporting, and auditing
- Experience with Forklift Operation, ensuring safety and accuracy in warehouse tasks
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics management is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
