Job Summary
We are hiring a Store Manager to handle daily store and e-commerce operations — inventory management, order packing & dispatch, customer coordination on WhatsApp, and delivery/logistics follow-ups. This role requires physical presence at the store and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Maintain inventory records (inward/outward) and stock tracking
- Organize, label, and manage products neatly
- Call COD customers for order confirmation
- Print packing slips and invoices
- Pack orders and ensure timely dispatch
- Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, book appointments, and escalate to owner when needed
- Call potential customers / abandoned cart customers for conversion
- Update and maintain work-related sheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Track packaging material stock and inform when low
- Coordinate with logistics team to resolve shipment issues
- Assign orders to delivery partners via aggregator platform
- Take action on NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and coordinate re-attempts
- Communicate with delivery field executives when required
- Track refunds/returns and inform the owner when needed
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, printing, order panel handling)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and calling customers
- Strong coordination + follow-up skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently
- Experience in e-commerce operations/dispatch is a plus (freshers can apply if confident and quick learners)
