Role Description The Warehouse Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role oversees daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping pet products to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Warehouse Operations Manager will manage inventory records, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, and implement efficient workflows to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize errors. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse team members, monitoring safety and cleanliness, and using data to improve operational performance. The role also involves collaborating with customer service and other internal teams to resolve order-related issues and support a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management and warehouse management skills, with experience optimizing workflows and processes.
- Proficiency in inventory control and stock management, including use of warehouse or inventory software.
- Effective supervisory skills to lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff while maintaining safety and performance standards.
- Customer service skills to collaborate with internal teams and address order and delivery concerns professionally.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations; experience in retail, e-commerce, q-commerce, or pet products is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel or similar tools) to track KPIs and drive improvements.
- Diploma or degree in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field preferred.
