Role Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment processes. The manager will lead a team to uphold operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and high-quality customer service. This position requires a keen focus on optimizing warehouse workflow and meeting business objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Warehouse Management practices
- Experience with Inventory Control and logistics coordination
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to meet and exceed client expectations
- Strong problem-solving abilities and process optimization skills
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
