Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate dispatches
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for operational efficiency
- Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and discipline
- Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs (TAT, order accuracy, inventory variance, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with transport, procurement, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and tracking using WMS/ERP systems
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in warehouse operations (FMCG preferred)
- Expertise in inventory management, stock control, and audits
- Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP systems, and MS Excel
- Strong team handling and workforce management skills
- Good understanding of warehouse safety, compliance, and SOPs
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG warehouse operations
- Maximum experience: 12 years
- Must be fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and English
- Must be available for full-time, on-site role (Dodaballapur)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Educational Qualification
- MBA / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
