About the Role
We’re a fast-growing D2C accessories brand looking for a sharp, process-driven warehouse operations executive to own the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You’ll be the process lead on the floor — ensuring every order is picked, packed, and dispatched on time, every time. If you’ve thrived in high-velocity retail or e-commerce environments and love bringing structure to chaos, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a process lead for one of the following functions - In-stock management, inventory control, and order dispatch — owning execution end-to-end on the warehouse floor.
- Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all teams consistently meet defined lead times and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager to implement process improvements and report daily operational metrics.
- Operate and maintain data accuracy on WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and OMS (Order Management Systems) tools.
- Identify bottlenecks in daily operations and proactively flag issues before they impact order fulfillment or customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
- Prior experience in retail or e-commerce — brands like Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, Ajio, or similar high-volume D2C environments preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of WMS and OMS software — comfortable with data entry, reporting, and system-level troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of SOP-driven environments — you follow process rigorously and flag deviations immediately.
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment flows — forward logistics, returns management, marketplace integrations, and courier coordination.
- A natural problem-solver — calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
