Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Operations Executive located in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising inventory management, coordinating packing processes, and ensuring timely dispatches. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service interactions, optimizing warehouse layouts, and ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control
- Skills in Packing and preparing materials for distribution
- Strong Customer Service capabilities to address client needs effectively
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficient workflows
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in logistics, operations, or a related field
