Role Description The Warehouse Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Masjid Bunder, Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods in a timely and accurate manner. The executive will manage inventory levels, maintain organized storage areas, and ensure proper documentation of stock movements. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and external partners for smooth order fulfillment, addressing basic customer service issues related to warehouse operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. The Warehouse Operations Executive will also support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Warehouse Management and Inventory Control skills to oversee storage, stock accuracy, and movement of goods.
- Candidates should possess Packing skills with attention to detail to ensure orders are prepared, labeled, and dispatched correctly.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with teams and address order-related queries professionally.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices, material handling, and record-keeping is beneficial.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage physical tasks, and use warehouse software or inventory systems as required.
