We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive who can ensure every product is handled with care—from receiving inventory to making it ready for sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Receive inventory from vendors and verify quantity & quality.
- Organize products systematically in warehouse racks.
- Label shelves, racks, and storage boxes for easy identification.
- Create and maintain storage boxes for every design and size.
- Ensure warehouse remains neat, clean, and easy to navigate.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Report stock discrepancies immediately.
- Product Organization & Labelling
- Categorize products by deity, collection, size, and colour.
- Create product labels and identification tags.
- Maintain organized storage for quick order picking.
- Ensure every new product is stored in the correct location.
- Product Photoshoot
- Prepare products for photography.
- Steam/arrange products before shoot if required.
- Capture clean product photographs using company guidelines.
- Take multiple angles and close-up images.
- Ensure images meet website quality standards.
- Organize image folders properly..
