Job Description: Warhouse Operation Executive
Location: Gurgaon, India.
Type: Full-Time (WFO)
Experience: 2 years of experience in D2C warehouse
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sourcing team for the timely receipt & dispatch of stock in the warehouse
- Perform GRN for incoming stock and inventory updates in the system
- Generate order working for efficient packaging, labelling, and shipping of items
- Liaise with logistic partners to resolve any shipment-related issues promptly.
- Execute various operational tasks in the warehouse to support business requirements effectively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CX, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to optimise operational workflows and achieve business goals.
Skills / Personality Traits:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and methods.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel to create dynamic dashboards and manage data effectively.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision.
- Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment with diverse responsibilities and a dynamic workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Empathetic and capable of understanding and responding to the needs of colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to make informed decisions calmly and effectively under pressure.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C warehouse preferably within the fashion/apparel/lifestyle sector.
- Experience with Uniware and Shopify is a plus.
Compensation: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
