Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in the Greater Surat Area. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, ensuring efficient packing and order fulfillment processes, and maintaining warehouse operations. Additional duties include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with team members to ensure timely dispatch, and maintaining accurate records of goods. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse management and inventory control to ensure efficient storage, stock flow, and organization.
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Proficiency in packing and handling goods with proper techniques to ensure quality and damage-free delivery.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively coordinate with team members and address any customer concerns.
- Handle 100+ team members.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to maintain accurate records and fulfill orders promptly.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standard operating procedures related to warehouse operations.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or fashion industry, is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced certifications in warehouse or supply chain management are an advantage.
