About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and inventory management for a reputed organization in Singapore. The role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory control, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities and expertise in warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity and service quality.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse systems, and logistics operations.
- Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management software.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
- Open to relocating to Singapore.
