Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Delhi (Faruknagar)
Experience: 10–12 Years
Industry Preference: FMCG, Retail, 3PL Logistics
Education: MBA Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, and inventory.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch while maintaining high service levels.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and discipline.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Utilize ERP systems for inventory management, reporting, and operational tracking.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare MIS reports and monitor warehouse KPIs.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience in FMCG/Retail warehousing.
- Prior experience working with a 3PL logistics company.
- Excellent team handling and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, WMS, or similar).
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
