Store Manager — Micro-Fulfillment Centre Operations | WizWizz
WizWizz is one of India's leading end-to-end warehouse management and logistics partners. We operate dark stores and micro-fulfilment centres across India for the quick commerce industry — the people, systems, and precision that make 10-minute delivery possible.
About the role
We're looking for experienced Store Managers who know what it takes to run a dark store or micro-fulfilment centre at pace. You'll own the end-to-end operations of a WizWizz-managed site — leading the team, maintaining accuracy, driving throughput, and ensuring every order leaves on time. If you've built a culture of ownership on the floor and thrive in a high-velocity environment, this is your role.
What you'll own
→ End-to-end site operations — inbound, stowing, pick & pack, and outbound with a focus on speed and accuracy
→ Leading, scheduling, and developing a team of pickers, packers, and shift supervisors
→ Tracking and improving key ops metrics — SLA adherence, inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and productivity
→ Inventory control — daily cycle counts, FIFO compliance, expiry management, and loss prevention
→ Maintaining safety, hygiene, and compliance standards at all times
→ Coordinating with client operations, hub teams, and last-mile delivery partners for seamless daily execution
What we're looking for
✔ 2+ years of experience managing a dark store, micro-fulfilment centre, or quick commerce warehouse
✔ Hands-on experience with WMS tools and operational dashboards; comfortable with data-driven decision making
✔ Strong floor presence — a manager who leads from the front, not from a desk
✔ Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive operations without compromising accuracy
✔ Experience working with quick commerce clients (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon etc.) is a strong plus
✔ Graduate in any discipline; a supply chain or logistics qualification is an advantage
