About Uni Seoul
Uni Seoul is one of India's fastest-growing Korean-inspired lifestyle brands - where clean design meets high energy, and every store is built to be a destination, not just a shopfront. We're scaling at speed: new stores, new categories, and a rapidly growing e-commerce engine, all built on the belief that great retail is powered by great people and great systems working in sync.
Behind every perfectly styled shelf and every order that lands on time is a warehouse operation running like clockwork. As we scale across retail and online, we're looking for someone who can build that backbone - turning process discipline into a genuine competitive advantage.
Role Overview
In this role, you'll step in as a Warehouse Manager, leading end-to-end warehouse operations, from inbound and outbound flow to inventory, documentation, and dispatch coordination. You'll bring operational discipline and system fluency to a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, and play a key role in scaling our processes as the business grows
What You'll Own
1. Warehouse Operations & Dispatch
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities: receiving, QC, putaway, binning, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure every dispatch regular or bulk is executed accurately and fully compliant with documentation requirements.
- Manage vehicle scheduling, loading plans, and coordination with logistics partners for on-time deliveries.
- Maintain strict adherence to SLAs, order accuracy, and process hygiene.
2. Inventory Management
- Drive high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Champion FIFO/FEFO adherence, stock consolidation, and shrinkage control.
- Monitor ageing, non-moving, and slow-moving inventory; initiate action with the Supply Chain team.
- Maintain updated stock ledgers and ensure system-stock vs. physical-stock alignment.
3. Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment
- Partner with internal teams on order planning, stock requirements, and shipment priorities.
- Work with Procurement on vendor deliveries, inward scheduling, and shortages.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, GST requirements, reconciliation, and POD closure.
- Align with logistics partners and transporters to drive consistent delivery performance.
4. Compliance, Documentation & Governance
- Ensure 100% accuracy in commercial documentation — invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, and more.
- Maintain statutory records, audit readiness, and safety compliance across warehouse operations.
- Manage returns, damages, RTV, and claims documentation.
- Uphold internal and external audit standards at all times.
5. People Management & Productivity
- Lead and motivate warehouse teams — supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders, and documentation staff.
- Plan manpower against volume trends, peak periods, and operational load.
- Drive performance metrics, floor discipline, and a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Systems & Process Excellence
- Manage ERP/WMS workflows for stock visibility, dispatch, and documentation.
- Gensys WMS/ERP experience is a strong advantage.
- Build and enforce SOPs across all warehouse operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and cost optimisation.
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, inventory management, or logistics.
- Background in retail, FMCG, manufacturing or e-commerce preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems; Gensys exposure is a plus.
- Sharp planning, problem-solving, and execution skills, with strong floor and team leadership.
- High ownership, process discipline, and comfort operating in a high-velocity environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
