Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Manager based in Pan India . The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory and stock levels, and ensuring proper implementation of operations management practices. The manager will be responsible for supervising a team, optimizing workflow, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and operating equipment when necessary to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end warehouse operations management (Inbound, Storage, Picking, Dispatch)
• Handling high SKU complexity (especially in Apparel & Retail)
• Managing E-Commerce fulfillment (B2B & B2C)
• Inventory accuracy & shrinkage control
• Manpower planning & productivity management
• WMS-driven operations & process optimization
• Customer SLA adherence & audit compliance
• Driving continuous improvement & cost optimization
  

Preferred Profile:

• 6–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong exposure to Retail / Apparel / E-Commerce warehouses
• Experience in managing large teams 200+ Teams WC+BC Inclusive preferred
• Knowledge of WMS, KPI dashboards & reporting
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
