Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Panipat. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including the management of stock and inventory control, and ensure operational efficiency. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining accurate records, leading inventory management practices, and optimizing workflow in the warehouse environment. Coordination with various teams to fulfill logistics and distribution needs will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Stock Control, Inventory Management, and Inventory Control practices
- Experience in Operations Management with the ability to optimize warehouse workflows
- Skilled in Forklift Operation and other relevant equipment handling
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance requirement
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics management role is highly desirable
