Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Panchkula for a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations, including stock control, inventory management, and warehouse organization to ensure efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing storage and logistics processes. You will manage inventory accuracy, prepare operational reports, and implement strategies to improve storage utilization and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstock.
- Strong skills in Operations Management for streamlining workflows and improving operational processes in warehouse settings.
- Experience in Forklift Operation or similar equipment is preferred, along with knowledge of workplace safety standards.
- Expertise in Inventory Management to ensure accurate tracking and efficient handling of goods.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities with experience in supervising or managing a team.
- Attention to detail, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
