We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations at Prantij, Himmatnagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, dispatch planning, warehouse staff supervision, and ensuring efficient handling of FMCG products while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain proper warehouse layout and storage practices for FMCG products.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies within the warehouse.
- Maintain documentation for inward and outward goods, including GRN, invoices, and dispatch records.
- Optimise warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Handle returns, damaged goods, and stock reconciliation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
