Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure productivity and discipline
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and regular audits
- Handle inbound and outbound processes efficiently
- Maintain records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure proper documentation of inward/outward goods
- Monitor billing, dispatch, and cash collection for the branch
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Inventory and warehouse operations expertise
- Knowledge of WMS and MS Excel
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
Graduate with 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (quick commerce experience preferred)
