Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, is for a Warehouse Manager who will oversee daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include managing stock levels, implementing inventory control systems, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring safety standards are met. The role will also involve coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all operations.
Qualifications
- Competence in Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to streamline warehouse processes and ensure organizational efficiency.
- Skills in Inventory Management techniques and practices to manage stock flow effectively.
- Experience with Forklift Operation or relevant equipment as required by warehouse functions.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to supervise and motivate warehouse staff effectively.
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a warehouse environment.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and basic computer operations is preferred.
