Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth processes. This individual will also manage teams, enforce safety protocols, maintain equipment such as forklifts, and identify areas for operational improvement. Efficiently ensuring proper stock rotation, timely dispatches, and maintaining records are key aspects of this role.
Job Description:
- Ensure accurate recording of inward/outward transactions using FIFO method.
- Manage inventory levels by receiving, storing, and dispatching raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG) in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse premises to prevent damage or loss of stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and resolve any issues related to deliveries or quality control.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
