Job Summary
Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations at the Head Office. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing large warehouses, inventory control, manpower, and logistics while ensuring operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. Candidates with experience in handling warehouses of 10,000+ sq. ft. and managing B2B & B2C operations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Oversee both B2B and B2C warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through proper stock management and reconciliation.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory audits.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, productivity, order fulfillment, and dispatch timelines.
- Ensure timely inward, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse SOPs and operational best practices.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, statutory regulations, and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Customer Support, and Finance teams.
- Lead and manage warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse associates.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage warehouse operations through WMS/ERP systems and generate operational reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation for inward, outward, returns, stock transfers, and inventory movements.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
MBA or qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience in managing warehouses of 10,000+ sq. ft.
- Prior experience in E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, Pharma, or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) is preferred.
- Proven experience in handling high-volume B2B and B2C warehouse operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly experienced Warehouse Manager who can independently manage a large warehouse and take complete ownership of operations. The candidate should be capable of handling inventory, manpower, compliance, audits, B2B & B2C operations, process improvements, and daily warehouse activities while ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective warehouse operations.
