Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, dispatch, and logistics. The ideal candidate should have 3- 5 years of experience in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure efficient stock handling and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate duties, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of customer orders.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Monitor inward and outward material movements and maintain proper documentation.
- Implement efficient warehouse practices to optimize space utilization and operational costs.
- Ensure proper storage, material handling, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
- Track damaged, defective, and slow-moving inventory and take corrective action.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, dispatch, and warehouse performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or warehouse operations.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and dispatch processes.
- Experience managing warehouse staff and coordinating with logistics partners.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management software or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines.
Salary & Benefits
₹5–6 LPA, depending on experience and skills.
