Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate handling of stock and supplies. This role manages receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory, monitors stock levels, and coordinates stock replenishment to support smooth café and retail operations. The Warehouse Manager will lead and schedule warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies. Daily responsibilities include supervising inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and collaborating with procurement and operations teams to optimize inventory flow. The role also involves dentifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Strong stock control and inventory control skills to manage incoming, stored, and outgoing goods accurately.
- Experience in inventory management and operations management to plan, track, and optimize warehouse workflows.
- Ability to use warehouse management systems or basic inventory software; comfort with data entry and reporting.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role; previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, respectful communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and guide warehouse staff.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is an advantage.
