Job Summary:

The Manager – Warehouse & Logistics Operations will oversee warehouse management and last-mile distribution across PAN India. The role ensures efficient storage, cost-effective logistics, and seamless servicing of stores across ambient and temperature-controlled supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations across multiple locations and temperature-controlled environments.

• Oversee last-mile logistics and store replenishment across PAN India.

• Drive reduction in warehouse and logistics costs while maintaining service levels.

• Maintain stock variance within defined thresholds and ensure strong inventory controls.

• Optimize pallet utilization, storage layout, and warehouse space efficiency.

• Monitor logistics SLAs, delivery timelines, and transportation performance.

• Coordinate with 3PL partners and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with storage, handling, and safety standards.
