About Isaac LuxeIsaac Luxe is one of India's fastest-growing luxury aesthetic, dermatology and wellness clinic chains with a rapidly expanding network across India. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to build and manage a centralized warehouse operation supporting 30+ clinics with accurate inventory, timely dispatches and operational excellence.
Role OverviewThe Warehouse Lead will be responsible for managing the complete warehouse function, ensuring seamless inventory availability, warehouse accuracy, dispatch operations, inventory governance and warehouse team performance across all Isaac Luxe clinics.
Key Responsibilities· Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, quality checks, dispatch and reverse logistics.
· Plan inventory levels and share replenishment requirements with the SCM team based on consumption trends and stock levels.
· Ensure timely dispatches and inventory availability across all clinic locations.
· Monitor inventory health including batch tracking, expiry management, slow-moving stock and dead stock.
· Coordinate closely with the SCM team to ensure timely inventory replenishment and uninterrupted stock availability across all clinics.
· Verify inward inventory received from the SCM team against documentation and report discrepancies immediately.
· Maintain ERP inventory accuracy, barcode systems and warehouse records.
· Conduct daily reconciliation, cycle counts and periodic physical audits.
· Reduce wastage, expiry losses and improve warehouse efficiency.
· Lead and develop warehouse executives, inventory executives and inventory analysts.
· Collaborate with Clinic Operations, Finance, SCM, Medical and Technology teams.
Procurement & SCM CoordinationThe Warehouse Lead will work closely with the SCM team to ensure uninterrupted inventory availability. Procurement ownership will remain with the SCM team.
· Share inventory consumption trends, stock ageing reports and replenishment requirements with the SCM team.
· Coordinate timely receipt of inventory into the central warehouse.
· Support new clinic launches and promotional campaigns through inventory readiness.
· Ensure zero stock-outs through proactive coordination with the SCM team.
Note: Purchase planning, purchase orders, vendor negotiations, vendor management and product ordering remain the responsibility of the SCM team.

Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce or Business.
· MBA preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory operations or warehouse administration.
· Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail, FMCG, cosmetics or other multi-location businesses will be preferred.
