A premium silver jewellery brand based in Hyderabad, looking for someone to own our warehouse and inventory operations end-to-end.
This isn't a senior position. It's a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting the detail right, every single day. Every piece of silver in and out of our warehouse passes through this function. Gram-level accuracy, audit-ready documentation, and clean coordination with stores and procurement are what the job is really about.
This position is directly on the company’s payroll.
What you'll be doing
Running the daily warehouse cycle: inward receipt, storage, picking, packing, dispatch. Tracking inventory across both pieces and weight (grams and kilograms). Weight-based accuracy matters more than anything else in this role. Handling GRN processing, tagging, barcoding, and the paper trail behind every stock movement. Running cycle counts and stock audits, investigating discrepancies, and closing them with documented reasoning. Coordinating with procurement, retail stores, and logistics teams for smooth stock flow. Building monthly stock reports for management and flagging anything that looks off before it becomes a problem.
Who we're looking for
1 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management. Retail or jewellery background is a plus but not a requirement.
More than years, these matter:
Strong Excel skills. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reconciliation workbooks, conditional formatting. You should be someone who reaches for Excel, not someone who avoids it. Comfort with ERP systems. If you've used SAP, Oracle, or similar, great. If you haven't, you're the kind of person who can learn an ERP system A to Z in a few weeks by digging in. Zero-error mindset. You catch the 20-gram variance before the auditor does. Based in Hyderabad, or ready to relocate. This is strictly on-site.
Compensation
Upto ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and fit.
