Job Opening: Warehouse Operations Incharge / Warehouse Operations Head
Location: Mundra, Gujarat
Experience: 8–10 Years
Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹75,000 Monthly CTC
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and dispatch activities.
- Manage and lead warehouse staff and operational teams effectively.
- Ensure smooth coordination with clients, transporters, and port authorities.
- Handle daily operational planning and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain operational efficiency, safety standards, and process compliance.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of Mundra Port operations and logistics processes.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience strictly in Warehouse Operations.
- Prior experience in handling large warehouse operations and teams.
- Good communication and client handling skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with a confident and professional personality.
- Knowledge of Mundra Port procedures and logistics operations is mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational activities.
