Role Description The Warehouse Helper role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kanayannur. The Warehouse Helper will assist with daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading goods, organizing stock, and maintaining clean and orderly storage areas. Responsibilities include supporting packing and labeling activities, preparing items for shipping, and assisting with receiving and verifying incoming materials. The role may involve operating basic warehouse equipment under supervision and following safety guidelines and company procedures. The Warehouse Helper will work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure accurate inventory handling and timely movement of goods.
Qualifications
- Practical skills in Shipping & Receiving to support accurate documentation and handling of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Ability to perform Packing tasks efficiently, including labeling, wrapping, and preparing items for dispatch.
- Experience or willingness to learn Unloading procedures and safe manual handling of materials.
- Basic knowledge of Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, or readiness to be trained in safe equipment handling.
- Ability to follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and comply with warehouse guidelines.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar roles is an advantage but not required.
