Role Description
The Warehouse Head will oversee and manage warehousing operations and ensure efficient supply chain processes at our Guwahati facility. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring leadership and operational expertise. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory control, supervising staff, coordinating procurement activities, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Procurement
- Proficiency in Operations Management and ability to optimize warehouse processes
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and workforce management
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous
- Working knowledge of inventory software and warehouse management systems is a plus
