We are building India’s biggest Warehousing and Fulfilment Platform.

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and field-driven professionals to join our team at Hyphen SCS.

In this role, you will identify warehouse opportunities, onboard them onto our digital platform, and connect businesses with the right storage solutions.

You will work closely with warehouse owners and local businesses, ensuring quality listings, conducting site visits, and supporting deal closures.

Your job is simple: find great warehouses, put them on our digital map, and help businesses find the right space to store their goods.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Explore assigned areas to identify warehouses available for rent

·      Conduct quality checks to ensure warehouses meet basic standards

·      Use the Hyphen SCS app to list warehouses with photos and GPS location

·      Engage with local businesses and traders to identify warehousing needs

·      Arrange and conduct warehouse site visits for interested clients

·      Facilitate negotiations between warehouse owners and clients

·      Support deal closure and documentation process

·      Maintain regular updates on listings, visits, and conversions

Requirements:

·      Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.)

·      Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone

·      Good knowledge of the local area and routes

·      Strong communication and negotiation skills

·      Willing to spend ~80% time in the field
