Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Unicommerce Specialist to manage warehouse operations, inventory flow, and order processing using the Unicommerce platform. The candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, smooth order fulfillment, and coordination with logistics and e-commerce teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations through Unicommerce
- Process inward and outward inventory entries
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy
- Product Mapping, Failed inventory, Return Management
- Handle order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and manifests
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for shipments
- Resolve inventory mismatches and operational issues
- Maintain SKU mapping and catalog updates
- Prepare daily MIS and warehouse reports
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and safety standards
- Coordinate with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management
- Familiarity with e-commerce order processing
- Basic Excel and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations
- Experience in inventory software or ERP systems preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling marketplace orders
- Knowledge of courier integrations and returns management
- Prior experience in e-commerce warehouse operations
Salary
As per experience and company standards.
Working Hours
6 days working / rotational shifts if required.
