Monday to Saturday (6 days a week), 10 am to 7 pm
Role Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Executive - Picker/ Packer for a full-time, on-site, 6 days a week role located in Gurugram. The Executive will manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including handling packing, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. Additional responsibilities include warehouse organization, coordination with delivery partners, and maintaining operational efficiency within the warehouse environment.
Job Role
· Process daily orders from website and all e-commerce/ quick commerce platforms efficiently
· Pack orders accurately, maintaining complete safety and zero breach in quality
· Ensure correct products and quantities are packed
· Prepare and maintain dispatch and return data on Excel
· Manage inventory on Uniware
· Ensure all products are in stock and update on low stock inventory
· Liaison with delivery partners for handover of everyday orders
· Assist in packing and dispatch for B2B shipments
· Support all warehouse tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
· Prior experience in warehouse/ logistics/ supply chain within e-commerce or beauty/skincare/derma/wellness brands is a plus
· Knowledge of Uniware is a must
· Good command over Hindi / English
· Should know how to work on Microsoft Excel, must for entering data on daily basis
· Previous experience of managing orders on Shopify and e-commerce/ quick commerce marketplaces will be an added advantage
· Experience in completing tasks efficiently and on time
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines
· Immediate joiner preferred
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
· Trainee/ Fresher/ Executive with 6 months or up to 2 years of relevant warehouse experience
