Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage warehouse operations for personal care and cosmetic products. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, material handling, dispatch planning, and compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Strong warehouse management skills, including oversight of daily operations and compliance with safety and handling procedures.
- Experience with inventory control and stock reconciliation, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Proficiency in packing, labeling, and organizing products for dispatch, with attention to detail and product integrity.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and optimal space utilization.
- Handle loading and unloading activities while ensuring minimal product damage.
- Maintain documentation related to batch traceability and inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatches and deliveries.
- 2–5 years of warehouse experience in the Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Good understanding of inventory control, warehouse documentation, and logistics operations.
