Role Overview
As a Warehouse Executive, you will play a vital role in managing inventory, streamlining
warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth logistics for packaging materials. You will be
responsible for optimizing storage, overseeing material handling, segregation of materials, and
ensuring that the warehouse functions efficiently to support Reverse’s commitment to
sustainability and packaging reuse.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management,
material handling, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper storage, segregation, and organization of reusable packaging materials to
maintain quality and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality control teams to ensure seamless
material flow.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and stock movement using digital
tracking tools.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational
protocols.
- Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to minimize delays and improve efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements for warehouse efficiency and
cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards in warehouse
operations.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers for transportation and distribution.
- Assist in periodic audits and stock reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or
a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics,
preferably in packaging, beverage, or manufacturing industries.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team, conduct team training, and ensure smooth coordination across
departments.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
