Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Job Summary
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations including material handling, inventory updates, and accurate data entry. The role requires hands-on experience in warehouse processes, basic Excel skills, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth inward and outward movement of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate warehouse data through timely data entry in Excel and internal systems.
- Handle inward and outward material movement as per process.
- Update inventory records and assist in stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for material movement.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and warehouse discipline.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- 6–12 months of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and documentation.
