Job Title: Warehouse & E-commerce Operations Manager (Male)

Role Objective
We are seeking a highly organized and operationally strong professional to manage end-to-end warehouse and e-commerce operations for our pan-India business operations. The candidate must have experience handling multi-branch inventory coordination, corporate warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and cross-functional coordination across departments.
Preference will be given to candidates from the Retail, Cosmetic, Healthcare, Hospital, FMCG, D2C, or Corporate Warehouse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end E-commerce Operations across Shopify, Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, Nykaa, Zepto, etc.
- Handle complete Order Lifecycle – Order Processing, Fulfillment, Dispatch, RTO, Returns & Exchange Management
- Oversee Warehouse Operations, including Inward, GRN, Picking, Packing, Dispatch & Inventory Handling
- Manage PAN-India branch inventory movement and inter-branch stock transfers
- Coordinate with multiple departments, including Operations, Procurement, Finance, Accounts, Clinics & Customer Support teams
- Ensure stock accuracy through Inventory Control, Stock Audits, Cycle Counts & Reconciliation
- Handle Logistics Coordination, Courier Management, Last Mile Delivery & Dispatch Planning
- Maintain ERP / SAP / WMS records and ensure proper documentation & SOP compliance
- Prepare MIS Reports, Sales Reconciliation & Operational Data Analysis
- Resolve operational and customer-related issues regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and stock discrepancies
- Manage warehouse staff, workforce planning, shift allocation, and team productivity
- Ensure smooth functioning of corporate warehouse operations supporting multiple branches across India
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, E-commerce Operations, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Corporate Inventory Management
- Candidates from Retail Chains, Cosmetic Brands, Healthcare/Hospital Industry, FMCG, D2C Brands, or Multi-branch Corporate Warehouses will be preferred
- Experience handling PAN-India warehouse or branch operations is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in ERP / SAP / WMS / Inventory Software
- Good understanding of Inventory Control, Dispatch, Logistics & Fulfillment Operations
- Experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, Shopify, Blinkit, Flipkart, Nykaa, Zepto, etc.
- Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting preferred)
- Excellent coordination, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
Salary
💰 ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable)

Working Days & Timings
- 6 Days Working (including Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
- Weekly Off between Monday - Thursday
- Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM
