Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Desktop Support Engineer, located in Bilaspur. The responsibilities include providing technical support for desktop computers, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining printers and related devices. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth IT infrastructure within the warehouse environment by resolving technical issues efficiently and providing proactive maintenance to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware assembly, upgrades, and maintenance
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues
- Experience with Printer Support and ensuring the functionality of printing devices in the workplace
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Basic understanding of network configurations and IT infrastructures is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Prior experience in IT support within warehouse or logistics environments is advantageous
