Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control & Management:
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure accuracy in ERP systems.
- Team Supervision:
- Guide and train store executives and helpers.
- Allocate tasks and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Material Handling & Documentation:
- Process GRNs, Receiving, issuance, and maintain records.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and safety compliance.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with procurement, production, and finance teams for material flow.
- Handle vendor returns and damaged goods.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare MIS reports on stock movement, aging, and consumption trends.
Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and suggest corrective actions.
Essential Attributes:
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, WMS, etc.)
Inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) – GRN, issue, return, binning, stock transfer
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Qualifications:
BE Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Desired Experience Level:
3–5 years of experience in store/inventory management
